Specific projects supported by this Soup ‘n Bowl:

*Enclosed kiln yard at the Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program Howard Cook Road facility.

RAiR artist Nathan Craven (2011) with ceramic components for his exhibition at the Roswell Museum and Art Center.  There has been a steady stream of clay-based artists at the residency since the Program moved to the Howard Cook Road location. An upgrade to an enclosed kiln facility would protect the equipment and attract more clay-based artists to apply to the program.

*LED lighting at the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art

AMoCA’s is one of Roswell’s cultural gems. It boasts nine galleries, 400+ permanent works of art, and is open seven days a week.  LED lighting throughout the entire museum would decrease electrical costs as well as save the Foundation replacement bulb costs.
